Education Raffle Basket Winner: Laura Chick
Introduction: Casselberry Sew Day will be 9:00-2:00 on September 19, 2026.
Treasurer’s Report: Bernadette reported seven new members this month.
Community Outreach: Wendy gave an overview of projects.
Festival of Trees: Ashley reported they are in need of someone to quilt the project.
OMQG Retreat: Sandra and Mo Reviewed details.
Education: Raven presented Ikea Bag Of Scraps program with Cheryl Arkison, September 22, 6:30pm on Zoom.
Programming: Kristen Anderson from Conservation Florida gave a presentation about their organization and received the Round Robin quilt for their fundraising event.
Libby Baity from the Wesley Seth Foundation gave a presentation about their organization and had received a quilt for their fundraising event.
Block of the Month:
Nancy and Doreen are asking for Eye Spy Blocks for the retreat, or fabric appropriate for children to be donated. Details on website.
Librarian: Barb shared five books with the group. She put out a call for someone to take over the librarian position.
