June Block of the Month

The BOM for June is called the Wanta Fanta Block, by Janice Zeller Ryan of Better Off Thread.  Use a nice spring time bright or lime green as your central color anywhere in the block and a white or any light solid background.  Just a few tips: This is paper piecing, the directions are straight forward and   complete. When piecing the 3 1/2 inch blocks together, I found a

scant 1/4 inch

was a better choice than the 1/4th she recommends, then re-square the 6 1/2 inch paper pieced blocks. Try your best at matching the points, but don't fret too much if they are off, just go with it and HAVE FUN.
